With a little help from your friends
Saturday was a busy day.
Last February, we donated a tanking trip to the silent auction as a fundraiser at the annual Buffalo Bill Birthday Bash, which helps finance the annual NEBRASKAland DAYS celebration.
Saturday was the day the purchasers decided to use their trip, and it was a wonderful day.
Not only did we raise money for a worthy cause, but we got to introduce tanking to eight people who had previously never been on a tank! A pretty good days' work.
We don't own an outfitting company, just enjoy the river with our friends. What do you enjoy that you need to introduce someone else to? Donating an adventure to a silent auction might just be the way to do it.
