Thanks so much for the mention of my Think Like a Rock Star session. One think to keep in mind: When you focus on delighting your fans (for a destination this could include locals that love the area) you are INDIRECTLY focusing on sales. Because those fans are going to go out of their way to promote the area to others, which attracts more visitors and increases money spent at your destination!
